Matchmate Q1W(球酷Live)是一款 AI 驱动的赛事直播相机,专为篮球、足球等运动赛事设计。无需人工摄像,相机可自动追踪比赛画面,支持全景拍摄与智能跟拍双路输出,帮助运动场馆和赛事组织者轻松实现高质量赛事直播与录制。

2.2 开机

长按相机顶部的电源键 3 秒,听到"嘀"提示音且指示灯亮起,相机成功开机。开机过程约需 1 分钟。

3.1 Android

在华为应用市场或应用宝中搜索"球酷"下载安装。也可扫描官方提供的 Android 下载二维码。

3.2 iOS

在 App Store(中国区)搜索"球酷Live"下载安装。也可扫描官方提供的 iOS 下载二维码。

3.3 权限说明

首次打开 APP 时,请允许以下权限以确保正常使用:

蓝牙:用于搜索和连接设备

网络(Wi-Fi/蜂窝数据):用于直播和云端功能

4.1 注册账号

1打开 APP,进入登录页

2切换到"账号注册"

3输入手机号与密码

4获取短信验证码并填写

5点击"确认注册"

4.2 登录账号

1打开 APP 进入登录页

2输入用户名与密码

3勾选用户协议后点击"确认登录"

4.3 忘记密码

1登录页点击"忘记密码"

2按提示完成验证码校验

3设置新密码并确认

5.1 搜索设备

1确保相机已开机(蓝色慢闪状态)

2确保手机蓝牙已开启

3打开 APP,进入设备搜索页

4点击"开始搜索"搜索附近设备

5在设备列表中找到对应相机(名称格式:MM-XXXX)

6点击"连接"

💡 提示:设备搜索频次过高会触发系统限制。如搜索不到设备,重启 APP 后重新搜索即可。

5.2 首次激活

首次连接需完成设备激活,激活过程约需 10 秒。

设备密码设置规则:

长度 8-16 位

必须包含至少两类字符:数字、小写字母、大写字母、特殊字符

有效密码示例:

Aa123456(大写+小写+数字组合)

password!123(小写+特殊字符+数字组合)

1234abcd(数字+小写字母组合)

⚠ 注意:请妥善保管设备密码,建议首次使用后修改默认密码。

完成设备连接后,需为相机配置网络。共有 3 种联网方式:

6.1 连接手机热点(推荐)

1确保手机热点已开启

2选择"连接手机热点"

(注意:如果是IPhone的热点,请到手机的热点设置界面去掉 's,然后再连接)

3输入热点名称和密码

4点击"连接"(约 30 秒)

⚠ 注意:热点名称建议使用英文与数字组合,避免使用特殊字符,以免设备识别失败。

6.2 连接场馆 Wi-Fi

1选择"连接 Wi-Fi"

2输入 Wi-Fi 名称和密码

3点击"连接"

6.3 使用设备热点(AP 模式)

选择"设备热点",相机自建热点,手机直接连接。适用于无外部网络的场景。

6.4 网络状态栏

🔴 重要:设备切换 Wi-Fi 模式时,必须先关闭 4G 网络。4G 与 Wi-Fi 同时开启会导致网络冲突。

7.1 安装快装板

将快装板安装到三脚架上并拧紧螺丝。快装板采用标准 1/4-20UNC 螺纹接口,兼容市面上大多数三脚架。

7.2 安装相机

1打开快装板锁扣

2将相机底座对准快装板卡入

3关闭锁扣,确保固定牢固

7.3 调整拍摄位置

💡 提示:确保镜头可覆盖整个场地、支架稳固不晃动、镜头朝向正确。

🔴 重要:直播或录制前必须完成场景标定,否则无法正常使用。

在 APP 主界面点击"标定"进入标定模式。标定共 6 个步骤:

步骤一:选择运动类型

篮球:全场 / 左半场 / 右半场

足球:5v5 / 7v7 / 11v11(橄榄球、冰球可通用)

步骤二:选择场景模式

步骤三:安装位置检测

调整三脚架使场地中线与画面中红色竖线对齐。此步骤对追踪精度至关重要。

步骤四:图像拼接

点击"自动拼接"消除接缝,生成完整画面(约 1 分钟)。若失败,检查相机位置和光线。

步骤五:场地标定

拖动红色圆点标记场地边界线

拖动矩形框对准篮筐/球门

点击"完成"保存配置

💡 提示:标定完成后相机自动保存配置。若调整了相机位置或重启相机,需重新标定。

⚠ 注意:设备未联网时无法使用直播功能。

9.1 开始直播

1点击"开始直播"

2填写赛事类型、赛事名称、主客队队名

3设置比赛时长(最长 2 小时)

4点击"开始直播"

9.2 开始录制

点击"录制"→ 配置比赛信息 → 点击"开始录制"。录制中可查看录制状态。

9.3 智能设置(推荐开启)

9.4 停止与回放

点击"停止"按钮,确认后结束直播或录制

直播/录制过程中可点击"回放"查看实时画面,适用于裁判回看辅助判罚

在直播或录制过程中可使用记分功能:

开启 / 关闭比分显示

手动修改双方比分

比赛时间控制:暂停计时、时间清零

11.1 查看录像

进入相机配置页 → 点击"录像"→ 切换查看本地录像或云端录像。点击任意比赛查看完整录像和高光片段。

11.2 播放与下载

在录像详情页播放视频

点击"下载"将视频保存至手机本地

💡 提示:下载过程中请勿退出 APP。

11.3 上传云端

录像详情页 → 点击"上传"→ 确认上传 → 在"云端录像"中查看。

11.4 复制下载链接

录像详情页 → 点击"复制下载链接"→ 系统生成下载链接 → 可在 PC 端打开下载。

11.5 存储说明

视频格式:编码 H.264/H.265 | 全景 7168×2160 | 跟拍 1920×1080

12.1 相机配置主页面

设备连接完成后,相机配置页面包含 3 个区域:

顶部状态区:蓝牙连接 / 手机与设备通信 / 设备联网,三项全绿后再操作

功能入口区(九宫格):录像、标定、设置、直播、录制

底部快捷区:预览实时画面

12.2 设备设置

设备信息查看(序列号、IP、电量、存储)

固件版本查看与升级

网络设置(Wi-Fi、4G、AP 热点)

存储维护(格式化等)

全景预览:查看全景拼接画面

跟拍预览:查看 AI 跟拍画面

每路画面可调:帧率、码率、编码格式(H.264/H.265)、分辨率、画面位置叠加。

13.1 个人信息

进入"我的"页面查看昵称与手机号,点击编辑图标可修改昵称。

13.2 我的设备

查看设备列表,每台设备显示:别名/编号、在线状态、云直播/云存储时长。

在设备卡片点击"成员管理",可查看成员角色,管理员可执行转让、删除等操作。

13.6 账号注销

🔴 重要:注销后数据无法恢复,请谨慎操作。

点击"注销账号"→ 阅读风险提示并确认 → 注销成功后自动退出。

13.7 退出登录

点击"退出登录"按钮,系统清理登录状态并返回登录页。

1搜索不到设备

确认蓝牙已开、相机蓝灯慢闪、重启 APP 重试。

2激活失败

确认账号密码正确、网络正常、重启相机重试。

3Wi-Fi 连接失败

确认密码正确、尝试手机热点、避免特殊字符、确保 4G 已关。

注意:如果是IPhone的热点,请到手机的热点设置界面去掉 's,然后再连接。

4标定失败

确认位置正确、光线充足、重新标定。

5画面不清晰

用镜头布擦拭镜头、检查图像参数设置。

6电池续航短

满电持续约6小时/非持续约8 小时,建议连移动电源。关机充电 2.5 小时。

7无法登录

检查账号密码和网络,遗忘密码使用"忘记密码"功能。

8无法观看视频

检查网络,确认比赛已结束,非本设备内容需先上传云端。

9上传云端失败

检查设备在线状态和剩余云时长,网络恢复后重试。

It features intelligent auto-tracking — no human operator needed — and delivers dual-stream output (panoramic + AI-tracked close-up). Venues, event organizers, and content creators can produce professional-quality live streams and recordings with ease.

2.2 Power On

Press and hold the power button on top of the camera for 3 seconds. When you hear a beep and the indicator light illuminates, the camera is on. Boot takes approximately 1 minute.

3.1 Android

Search "MatchMate" in Huawei AppGallery, Tencent App Store, or Google Play. Or scan the official Android QR code.

3.2 iOS

Search "MatchMate" in the App Store. Or scan the official iOS QR code.

3.3 Permissions

Grant these permissions on first launch:

Bluetooth — to search and connect to the camera

Network (Wi-Fi / Cellular) — for streaming and cloud features

4.1 Register

1Open the app, go to login page

4Request and enter SMS verification code

5.1 Search for Device

1Make sure the camera is on (slow blue flash)

2Enable Bluetooth on your phone

3Open the app, enter device search page

4Tap "Start Search"

5Find your camera (format: MM-XXXX) and tap "Connect"

💡 Tip: Excessive search frequency triggers system limits. Restart the app and try again if unable to find device.

5.2 First-Time Activation

First connection requires device activation (~10 seconds).

Password rules:

8–16 characters in length

Must include at least 2 types: digits, lowercase, uppercase, special characters

Examples: Aa123456 | password!123 | 1234abcd

⚠ Note: Keep your password secure. Change the default password after first use.

Three network modes are available:

6.1 Phone Hotspot (Recommended)

1Enable your phone hotspot

2Select "Connect to Phone Hotspot"

Note:If it is an iPhone hotspot, please go to the phone's hotspot settings interface to remove 's, and then connect again.

3Enter hotspot name and password

4Tap "Connect" (~30 seconds)

⚠ Note: Use alphanumeric hotspot names. Avoid special characters.

6.2 Venue Wi-Fi

1Select "Connect to Wi-Fi"

2Enter Wi-Fi name and password

3Tap "Connect"

6.3 Device Hotspot (AP Mode)

Select "Device Hotspot" — the camera creates its own hotspot. Use when no external network is available.

6.4 Network Status Bar

🔴 Important: When switching to Wi-Fi, disable 4G first. Having both active causes network conflicts.

7.1 Install Quick Release Plate

Attach the quick release plate to the tripod and tighten securely. Uses standard 1/4-20UNC thread, compatible with most tripods.

7.2 Mount Camera

Open the quick release lock

Align camera base with plate and snap in

Close lock — ensure camera is secure

7.3 Adjust Position

🔴 Important: Calibration must be completed before streaming or recording.

Tap "SceneCal" on the main interface. Calibration has 6 steps:

Step 1: Select Sport

Basketball: Full / Left Half / Right Half

Soccer: 5v5 / 7v7 / 11v11 (Rugby & Ice Hockey compatible)

Step 2: Select Scene Mode

Step 3: Position Setup

Align the court center line with the red vertical line in the frame. Critical for accurate tracking.

Step 4: Image Stitching

Tap "Auto Merge" to eliminate seams (~1 minute). If it fails, check camera position and lighting.

Step 5: Court Configuration

Drag red dots to mark court boundaries

Drag boxes to align with goals/hoops

Tap "Done" to save

💡 Tip: Camera auto-saves after calibration. Recalibrate if you move the camera or restart.

⚠ Note: Live streaming requires internet connection.

9.1 Start Streaming

Tap "Start Streaming"

Enter match type, name, home/away teams

Set match duration (max 2 hours)

Tap to start

9.2 Start Recording

Tap "Record" → configure match info → tap "Start Recording".

9.3 Smart Settings (Recommended)

9.4 Stop & Replay

Tap "Stop" to end. Confirm when prompted.

Tap "Replay" during a session for real-time playback (useful for referee review).

Score controls available during streaming/recording:

Enable or disable score display

Manually adjust scores for both sides

Game clock controls: pause timer, reset timer

11.1 View Recordings

Go to camera config → tap "Recordings" → browse local or cloud recordings. Tap any match for full video and highlights.

11.2 Playback & Download

Play videos from the recording details page

Tap "Download" to save to phone

💡 Tip: Do not exit the app during download.

11.3 Upload to Cloud

Recording details → tap "Upload" → confirm → view in "Cloud Recordings".

11.4 Copy Download Link

Recording details → "Copy Download Link" → open the link on PC to download.

Tap "Member Mgmt" on device card to view roles. Admins can transfer or remove members.

Access: Local Recordings, Live Replays, Cloud Replays

13.6 Account Deletion

🔴 Important: Data cannot be recovered after deletion. Proceed with caution.

Tap "Delete Account" → read warning → confirm. You will be logged out automatically.

13.7 Log Out

Tap "Log Out" at the bottom. Login state is cleared and you return to the login page.

1Can't find the camera?

Check Bluetooth is on, camera has slow blue flash. Restart app and retry.

2Activation failed?

Check username/password, network, restart camera and retry.

3Wi-Fi connection failed?

Check password, try phone hotspot, avoid special characters in SSID. Ensure 4G is off.

Note:If it is an iPhone hotspot, please go to the phone's hotspot settings interface to remove 's, and then connect again.

4Calibration failed?

Check position, ensure adequate light, retry calibration.

5Image not clear?

Wipe the lens with a lens cloth. Check image parameter settings.

6Short battery life?

~6 hrs continuous / ~8 hrs non-continuous. Use a power bank for extended sessions.

7Can't log in?

Check username/password and network. Use "Forgot Password" if needed.

8Can't watch videos?

Check network. Confirm match has ended. Upload external content to cloud first.

9Cloud upload failed?

Check device online status and remaining cloud hours. Retry after network recovery.
